Review
Picture Frame Wizard is a graphics editor that allows you to edit your images and add fun frames. The program will allow you to label your pictures with a certain date and a text, customizing the font and size. You will also be able to apply a photo color filter and photo effects, and select a frame. Unfortunately, there aren't too many frames that you can choose from, but the ones included are cute. You can choose a color frame or one in black and white. Then, you will be able to optimize the pictures, and split or cut landscapes into portraits. You can also resize the pictures by either specifying a new size in pixels or a percentage of the original size. There is also a batch rename feature. What is more, there are other advanced options that allow you to adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and gamma, apply auto-filters and select jpg quality.
In short, Picture Frame Wizard is a simple application that will allow you to edit your images and add a nice frame to them completely for free.
